- You will be automatically opted in for the Sign-Up Bonus. The Sign-Up Bonus will be paid into the Bonus Balance of your Casino account within 24 hours of you making your first deposit.

"Participate" means, without limitation, any of the conduct described in

- Your Warranties
- You warrant and represent, and we enter into this Agreement on the basis of such representations and warranties, all of which are material at the time of your entering into this Agreement and throughout the currency hereof, that you:

- Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion & Suspension
- We may refuse to register you as a Player or elect to deregister and exclude you or suspend you as a Player from the Casino at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
- You acknowledge hereby that the Casino is not obliged to give you prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend you, nor to furnish you with any reasons for such decision.
- Consequences of Deregistration, Exclusion or Suspension

over your account details to a collections agency for the recovery of any sums that you owe us. You hereby irrevocably
authorise us to do so in our absolute discretion, and/or
- have forfeited to us any contested funds that may be derived by you from fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct.
- Dormant Accounts
- It is recorded that the provisions of this Clause 1.5 only apply if all of a Real Player's Accounts at the Casinos proprietary to us constitute Dormant Accounts.
- Any credit balance standing to a Dormant Player's credit in a Dormant Account may, in our sole and unfettered discretion, be handled by us as follows:
- an administration fee equivalent to 30 Casino credits of such credit balance shall be levied monthly thereon and deducted therefrom until the earlier of:
- the credit balance being reduced to zero; or
- the Dormant Account becoming active.
- Money Laundering
- It is recorded that some jurisdictions have strict laws on money laundering that may impose an obligation upon us to report you to the federal or local authorities within such jurisdictions if we know, suspect or have reason to suspect that any of your transactions, amongst other things, involve funds derived from illegal activities or are intended to conceal funds derived from illegal activities or involve the use of the Casino to facilitate criminal activity.
- If we have knowledge or suspicion envisaged in 1.6.1 above we may:
- immediately suspend, deregister or terminate your Account at the Casino; and/or
- at our sole discretion, not refund to you any funds held in such Account; and/or
- exclude you from all or any other Casinos in the group of Casinos of which the Casino is a member; and/or
- furnish any relevant information about you to an intra-group database recording such mischief. You hereby irrevocably authorise us to do so in our absolute discretion.
- We reserve the right to report you to the aforementioned federal or local authorities should we, in our absolute discretion, determine that we are obliged, by law, to do so.
- In order to assist in the prevention of money laundering:
- no cash shall be accepted to fund any Account at the Casino;
- no substantial and/or exceptional withdrawals individually and cumulatively shall be made unless notarised facsimile copies of at least 2 (two) of the following are received:

- most recent bank statement for the bank account from which your wagers have been paid;

- Publicity

- Whole Agreement

- Interpretation
In this Agreement the headings are used for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation. References to persons shall include incorporated and unincorporated persons; references to the singular include the plural and vice versa; and references to the masculine include the feminine.
- Government of Gibraltar
This Casino is regulated by the provisions of the Gaming Legislation, Ordinances and Regulations of and issued by the Government of Gibraltar. You acknowledge and agree that we may be bound (and shall be entitled) to disclose certain information about you and your account to the Government of Gibraltar Gaming authorities in terms of such laws and regulations.
- Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by Gibraltarian law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltarian superior courts to which the parties hereby submit, except that a Party may seek an interim injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction.
- Limitation of Actions

How do I Bid?

- Once you have seen an item that you wish to bid on, click on the item, and enter the number of Auction points you would like to bid.

How often are my Auction Points updated?
It's updated every day and as often as you play. As you are wagering, your Loyalty Points and your corresponding Auction Points will be calculated automatically. Auction Points are available within 24 hours.

Can I buy Auction Points?

If you have seen an item you would like to bid on, but aren't ready to bid just yet, you can add it to your watchlist. How do I know what the status of my bid is?

How do I know if I have won a bid?
You will receive an email notification of your win and it will reflect on your Auction Statement. Should your item require a physical delivery, please ensure we have your delivery details. Should you fail to provide us with these details within one month, you will forfeit the item and the points used to bid on that item.
What happens if I don't win the bid?
Your Auction Points are automatically credited back to your Auction Account, so you have the chance to bid on another great item! You can view the details of all the bids you take part in, and their status, in the My History section of Auctions.
Can I send items I successfully bid on, to someone else?
Absolutely. Simply send us the details of the person you wish to receive this item (name, last name and account number) and we'll make sure they receive your gift.
Can I use post office address details for shipping?
Unfortunately not. We want to ensure that you receive your gift and require your street delivery details for direct delivery.
How long will it take for me to receive the item I have successfully bid on?
This will depend on where you live. The email with your tracking number will confirm when you can expect your delivery.
If I place a bid and I make a mistake or I decide later that I don't want the item, can I cancel my bid?
No. Once you've bid on an item you've committed to the bid, so please bid wisely.

No – once a particular Auction closes, the highest bidder will be deemed the winner*. But if you add your favourite items to your watchlist, you'll be reminded of when the bid will be closing and can place your final bid!
*This excludes Silent Auctions, where the winning bid is the lowest unique bid placed.
Why didn't the Auction close when it said it would close?
Typically, Auctions end at their posted closing times. In some instances, however, an Auction will need to end before its stated close date due to either technical or supply-related reasons.
What is your return policy?
If for some reason the item you have bid on is broken or faulty in some way, please return this to the sender address listed on the waybill within 30 days of receipt. Please make sure you return this in the original packaging. And if for some reason we can't find the identical item, we'll be sure to find a suitable alternative for you.
How many Auction Accounts can I have?
You may have one Auction Account for JackpotCity.com Mobile Casino. In instances where you have multiple casino accounts for the other Belle Rock Entertainment casino brands – and therefore multiple Auction Accounts – you may request that we consolidate all your Auction balances into one central Auction Account.
Do my Auction Points expire?

If an Auction is interrupted for technical or other reasons, the entire Auction for the relevant Auction item shall be terminated. All Auction Points used for bidding will be returned to your Auction Account and the Auction shall start anew at a time that we advise.

What if my account is based on Euros or Pounds?

These Terms and Conditions relate to the Auction, its related website and services (the "Auction Program"). The Auction Programme is brought to you by Belle Rock Entertainment Online and Mobile Casino & Poker Rooms, (the "Casino"). The Auction Programme is available to Real Players at the Casino (hereinafter referred to as "Player/s"/ "you"/ "your"). These Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions contained herein by reference are binding on you if you participate in the Auction Programme.
- Notice
Auction Points ("Auction Points") are earned by wagering real money at the Casino and subsequently being awarded Cash Back Points ("Cash Back Points") or by being awarded Bonus Auction Points ("Bonus Auction Points"). Auction Points, Bonus Auction Points and Auction Items won are not exchangeable for cash or casino credits.

- Grant of Non-Transferable Casino Auction Account
The Casino will provide you with a login name, password, and the access to Auction Programme (collectively, an "Auction Account").
Your Auction Account is personal to you. You may not permit anyone else to use it. You shall not open, or maintain, more than one Auction Account at a time. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret, and are responsible for all use of your Auction Account.
You may not use anyone else's Auction Account.
The Casino reserves the right to close your Auction Account without notice to you should you be suspected of conducting activity on that Auction Account that is regarded as being in bad faith or abusive of this Auction Programme. The Casino's decision in this regard is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into by the Casino.
- Your participation in the Auction Programme
The Casino shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, establish certain rules or conditions for the earning and redeeming of Auction Points and/or Bonus Auction Points, the conduct of the Auction Programme and your participation therein (the "Rules"). The Casino may, in its sole and absolute discretion, amend or supplement the Rules at any time. These Rules are specifically incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. When you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions you are deemed to simultaneously accept the Rules.

In addition thereto, please note the following:
- Auction Points and/or Bonus Auction Points will be credited directly into your Auction Account. We shall not be liable in any manner whatever for any delay in crediting the aforementioned Points to your Auction Account or for any erroneous crediting or debiting thereof.
- No Auction Points will be granted to Players for past conduct. A Players Auction Account will only be activated and a Player will only be able to earn and accrue Auction Points once the Player has accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Bucks 2 Bid Auction Points are not redeemable through this Auction Programme.
- You may not transfer points from your Cash Back account to your Auction Account.
- You may cancel your Auction account at any time.
- The Casino deems that all Auction Accounts which have been inactive for a period of three calendar months will become Dormant Auction Accounts. When an Auction Account becomes a Dormant Auction Account, any credit balance standing to the Dormant Auction Account shall expire and the Dormant Auction Account shall close. A Player will then need to open a new Auction Account and reaccept the Auction Terms and Conditions should he or she wish to use the Auction Programme again.
Your use of and access to the Auction Programme, your Auction Account, benefits, and related services constitute a membership (the "Membership"). At any time, you or the Casino may terminate your Membership with or without cause. Upon termination of your Membership, you immediately lose any rights associated with your Membership, including but not limited to rights to benefits and the Casino shall have no liability to you with respect thereto.
- You Assume the Risk - Limitation of Liability and Remedies
You hereby release and hold harmless the Casino, its proprietors, directors, employees, service providers, affiliates and authorised agents for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, incidental or other damages, loss or costs (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information, or other) however arising (including, but not limited to, said loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use any Auction Items, your Membership (or its components), or the Auction Programme) even if the former parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages, loss or costs.
If you live in a state whose laws prevent you from taking full responsibility and risk for your use of your Membership, the Auction Programme or any Auction Items, the former parties' liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.
- Address Confirmation
Upon winning an Auction, you shall have 1 (one) month from close of auction date to confirm your address through automated email confirmation, failing which you shall forfeit any right to such Auction Item, the same shall be resubmitted to the Auction Programme for auction and (at our sole discretion) you shall be re-credited such Auction Points that you bid on such forfeited Auction Item.
Please note that various Auction Items will be marked as being available for Players resident in a specific region. It is possible for Players who are not resident in the region specified, to place bids for these items and to win the said Auction Item. Players should note that if they bid for Auction Items which are displayed as being available for Players outside their region of residence they will be liable for the cost of delivery of such Auction Items. The Auction Room therefore, advises that Players do not bid for Auction Items displayed as being available in a region outside their region of residence.
Should a Player win an Auction Item which is displayed as being available in a region outside his or her region of residence and subsequently decide that he or she does not want to bear the cost of delivery, the Player must inform the Auction Room that he or she no longer wishes to accept the Auction Item and the Auction Item will be resubmitted to the Auction Programme for auction and the Player shall forfeit the Auction Points bid on the Auction Item.
In order to ensure delivery of Auction Items, you must complete the address information request in its entirety including first name, last name, full street address, city, zip code, state, country and telephone number. If such information is not provided, the Auction Item will not be delivered and you shall forfeit your rights to the Auction Item. No Items shall be delivered to Post Office Boxes. Where the delivery information requested is submitted to the Casino incorrectly and Auction Item/s are subsequently not received by a Player the Casino shall not be liable to either replace the Auction Items or to redeem the Auction Points bid on the missing item/s.
- Delivery of Auction Item; Transfer of Ownership & Risk
Subject to forfeiture envisaged above, upon making a successful bid for an Auction Item ownership and risk in and to the same shall transfer to you.
Faulty, broken or missing Items: Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to deliver Auction Items that are not faulty in any way and are intact as displayed in the Auction Room the Casino does not warrant that such Auction Items will be received free of defect. Where a winner receives a defective Auction Item, the winner must send the Auction Item back to the vendor in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the said Auction Item. In the case of missing items, this must also be reported to the Casino within 30 days. Upon the Casino's receipt of the defective Auction Item or on receipt of a report of a missing Auction Item component a new Auction Item or component part will be sent out to the winner. If the Casino is unable to replace a broken Auction Item (for example, where the Auction Item is an autographed photograph) the Casino shall make every reasonable effort to replace the original Auction Item with another Auction Item of similar value. If the broken Auction Item is not sent back to the Casino within 30 days of the winner's receipt thereof or if a missing Auction Item is not reported within 30 days, the Casino shall have no further liability whatsoever to the winner for the said defect.
Please allow 30 days for your Auction Item to be delivered. International shipments may take longer.
Depending on an Auction Item recipients geographic location and country, such Auction Items may have variations in models, types, size, that conform to the specifications of that country. The majority of Auction Items will conform to USA electric standards. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made by the Casino to ensure that the Auction Item won is of the correct voltage for a recipient's specified geographic location, (Players should bear in mind the advice given in paragraph 5 above) it is the Auction Item recipient's responsibility to ensure that the Auction Item in question is correctly and safely adapted to the correct voltage and all other such steps are taken to ensure the usability of the Auction Item in the recipient's country. The Casino and its affiliates may, at any point in time, contact an Auction Item recipient to coordinate the delivery of such Item to any particular country.
For international shipments, the Casino shall determine the expediency of purchasing an alternative product in the country of destination and may replace it with a similar Auction Item from a vendor based in that country. This will apply particularly if the Auction Items' specifications do not conform to that country's specifications.
Should the Auction Winner of tickets to a concert or special event reside in a country outside of where the event is being held, the cost of the international transfers will be for the winners expense unless otherwise specified in writing. All Auction Items shall include only what is expressly included with the Auction Item when it is offered within the Auction Programme.
If the Auction Winner wins a Prize other than a physical item which can be delivered and utilised at the Auction Winners residence, the Auction Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize and use the Prize within six months of the Auction at which the Auction Winner won the Prize. Without limiting the circumstances in which this paragraph may apply, it will apply for example, where the Auction Winner wins a holiday.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Auction Programme, and related website and services, Membership and Auction Items are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Without limiting the foregoing, the Casino does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, free of harmful code, or that defects will be corrected. Further, the Casino does not warrant that the Auction Items are free from defect, of merchantable quality or fit for the purposes for which they are intended.
The Casino shall not be liable or responsible for those guarantees, warranties and representations, if any, offered by the Auction Programme's advertisers, partners, manufacturers of merchandise or suppliers of services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a Member from the Casino or its agents shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

The Casino shall have the right to use Auction Items for promotional, advertising, and branding purposes for a period of up to 1 year after the Auction is won and while the Auction Item is in the custody of the Auction winner.
The Casino shall have the right to extend the duration of any Auction, change the Item of an Auction, and change the delivery date of the Item of an Auction if the integrity of the Auction has been compromised in any way or if there are complications in securing the Auction Item.
The winners hereby agree that their first names may be used in any publicity material by the Casino and that models may be used to represent them in any such publicity material.
